Eyelash Extensions Policy
A DEPOSIT OR PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED
When you schedule an appointment at KB NAILS & BEAUTY, you are reserving a spot on our calendar, which becomes unavailable to other customers. If you do not show up, or cancel your appointment without notice, this is unfair to our salon and other customers who would like to book at that time. Therefore, from May 1, 2023, we require a deposit or prepayment $30 when booking an eyelash extension appointment.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
The deposit will be used as a cancellation fee or our salon credit.
Please note that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged. Therefore, we hope that you appreciate the introduction of our Booking Policy.
CANCELLATION or NO-SHOW
$30 deposit will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less than 24 hours to your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly contact us directly via phone or email, at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
ARRIVAL
We kindly request new clients to arrive at our facility five minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete a consultation form. Please call us if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes and we have not received any communication from you, we will treat this as a “no show” and cancellation fees will be charged.
LASH INFILL
We only provide infills for our own work and strongly advise that you maintain your eyelash extensions by scheduling infill appointments every 2-3 weeks, with at least 40% of the original extensions still intact.
IMPORTANT
Please ensure that all makeup products and old strip lash glue are thoroughly removed from your lashes with the recommended lash cleanser. This is to ensure that the root of your lashes is clean and ready for the best possible bond.
Furthermore, we would like to note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are unforeseeable by our professional staff. While we are very carefully in the application process, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue refunds for any reactions. Nevertheless, we offer a free removal service if any reactions occur. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 DAYS and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.

Note: We are not responsible for any break, cracks, lifting, infected nails and polish chipping polish smearing/ smudging.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If your nails become scratched or misshaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 3 days of the service. And you must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
We will re-do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of the damage that you have caused. For example, due to your lack of care your nails, or the finish to your nails, are damaged (in that they are broken, chipped or start to lift).
